Dear Members of the Canada OSA of Victoria College,

It is with great pleasure that I extend my heartfelt congratulations to the Canada Old Students’ Association of Victoria College on your 30th anniversary. This milestone is a testament to your unwavering commitment and dynamic support for our beloved Alma Mater. Your contributions have been instrumental in the school's progress, ensuring the continued enhancement of modern facilities and the delivery of high-quality education to future generations.

Reflecting on my time as a Victorian, I cherish the invaluable lessons and experiences that extended beyond the classroom. Victoria College provided us with countless opportunities to develop leadership, communication, and essential soft skills—qualities that have proven vital in our professional journeys. The holistic education we received shaped our ability to manage responsibilities effectively, foster meaningful collaborations, and expand our global networks.

As we navigate an era marked by digitalization, artificial intelligence, and climate change, I encourage Canadian alumni to actively support the development of 21st-century skills in our students. Critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, creativity, digital literacy, and adaptability are more crucial than ever for their success in a rapidly evolving world. Investing in modernization and skill-building initiatives will empower our students to become future leaders.

Additionally, I propose the establishment of a consortium of Old Student Associations in collaboration with the school's management. This initiative would facilitate the development of a strategic five-year plan, fostering collective efforts toward the continued advancement of Victoria College. I trust that the leadership of the Canada OSA will take the initiative in driving this forward, and I am more than happy to contribute as a proud Victorian.
